| 摘要
目的：研制产后康复评估量表，为产后康复评定及治疗提供科学有效的评估工具。
方法：通过文献回顾、理论分析、半结构式访谈形成量表初版。两轮Delphi专家函询法进行条目筛选及重要性评分。采用相关系数法、离散度法、Cronbach α值、组合信度、分半信度、因子分析法进行信度评价。内容效度、结构效度、预测效度进行效度评价。
结果：Delphi专家函询法对条目筛选及重要性评分，确定总条目24条，条目水平的内容效度指数（I-CVI）为1，总量表水平的内容效度指数（S-CVI）为1。最终确定量表总条目12个，内部一致性系数为0.738，分半系数0.817；探索性因子分析8个因子，累积方差贡献率64.380%。量表预测效度为0.956。
结论：产后女性功能障碍评估量表科学、合理，具有较好的信度和效度，可在临床上作为产后评估工具应用。 |

| Abstract
Objective： To create a reliable and efficient evaluation tool for postpartum rehabilitation assessment and treatment by developing the Postpartum Rehabilitation Assessment Scale.
Method： The initial version of the scale was developed through a comprehensive literature review， theoretical analysis， and semi-structured interviews. The Delphi expert consensus method was used in two rounds to determine item importance. Reliability was evaluated using correlation coefficients， dispersion， Cronbach's alpha， combinatory reliability， split-half reliability， and factor analysis. Validity was evaluated based on content， structure， and predictive aspects.
Result： Twenty-four items were selected and rated by Delphi expert correspondence. The item level content validity index （I-CVI） was 1， and the total table level content validity index （S-CVI） was 1. After selection, the scale was refined to include 12 items. It demonstrated good internal consistency with a coefficient of 0.738 and high half reliability of 0.817. The cumulative variance contribution of 8 factors was 64.380%. The prediction accuracy of the scale was 0.956.
Conclusion： The evaluation scale of postpartum female dysfunction is scientific， reasonable， reliable and valid. It serves as a robust evaluation tool for postpartum female patients. |
