摘要:
      目的:研究慢性次声作用后对小鼠海马内白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法:BALB/C小鼠暴露于16Hz.声压级90dB次声,2h/d,分别作用1d、7d、14d、21d和28d后,采用免疫组织化学方法观察小鼠海马内IL-6的变化。结果:次声作用一定时间后,IL-6阳性胶质细胞主要分布在海马CAl-CA4区和齿状回,且随次声作用天数增加,IL-6阳性胶质细胞数目增多。结论:小鼠海马对次声较为敏感,IL-6表达的增高对神经系统可能有保护作用。

Abstract:
      Objective:To study effects on the expression of interleukin-6(IL-6) in the hippocampus of the mouse exposure to chronic infrasound.Method:The BALBC mice were exposed to infrasound of 16Hz with an intensity of 90dB for 1d,7d,14d,21d and 28d. It was applied 2h per day. Then immunohistochemical technique was employed to detect the change of IL-6 in the hippocampus of the mice. Result:The expression of IL-6 increased mainly in the CA1-CA4 areas and dentate gyrus of the hippocampus after infrasound of 90dB exposure.IL-6 immunoreactive glia cells increased at the same time.Conclusion: The extent of IL-6 change is closely related to the times of exposure under infrasound of equal sound pressure level. Mice hippocampus is sensitive to the infrasound and the increase of IL-6 may offer protective effects.
