| 目的:探讨早期介入康复治疗对常见骨科疾病(四肢骨折、椎间盘减压/摘除)住院患者就业能力的影响。方法:选39例骨科住院患者,其中四肢骨折32例,椎间盘减压或摘除术后7例,分别对其早期介入康复治疗,并在术后24h及出院前48h进行医学就业能力评定(FAI),测定其就业能力。结果:四肢骨折康复治疗前后FAI分别为35.56±4.21,17.53±4.27(P<0.01);腰椎间盘减压/摘除为31.26±3.34,20.25±3.12(P<0.01)。结论:早期康复治疗对我院骨科常见病种中四肢骨折及椎间盘减压/摘除患者恢复就业能力具有良好的促进作用。 |

| Objective: To assess the effect of early stage rehabilitation on the vocational ability of in- patients of the Orthopaedic Department. Method: Thirty nine patients were selected to accept rehabilitation treatment and their vocational ability was assessed after surgery and before discharge with Functional Assessment Inventory (FAI). Re- sult: The mean FAI score of patients with bone fracture and lumbar disc after surgery was 35.56 and 31.26 above the baseline and then declined to 17.53 (P<0.01)and 20.25 (P<0.01)after treatment respectively. Conclusion: Early stage rehabilitation may facilitate the recovery of vocational ability of limb fracture and lumbar disc patients. |
