摘要:
      目的:观察bFGF对大鼠牵张性脊髓损伤后脊髓功能恢复的作用。方法:大鼠脊髓T13-L2经牵张损伤.皮层体感诱发电位CSEP监测P1-N1波幅下降至术前波幅70%后,于损伤平面以下经蛛网膜下腔置细导管,治疗组分别于即刻、1、2、3、4、8、12、24h经细导管注入bFGF溶液20μl(含bFGF20μg),对照组在相同时间注入等量生理盐水。术后1、2、3、6周进行联合行为评分及CSEP检查。结果:bFGF治疗组大鼠CBS评分、CSEP波幅及潜伏期恢复均好于对照组。结论:bFGF对大鼠牵张损伤脊髓的功能恢复有明显的促进作用。

A study of the influence of bFGF on neural function after tractive spinal cord injury in rats    Download Fulltext

Abstract:
      Objective:To observe the effect of bFGF on the recovery of neural function after tractive spinal cord injury in rats.Method:After T13-L2 were injured by traction a decreasing of the P1-N1 to 70% of the control through cortical somatosensory evoked potential with CSEP,and a thin plastic tube was into the subarachoid space below the injuried level for perfusion. The bFGF-treated rats were recived bFGF 20ug (20ul liquid) through the tube at once and 1?2?3?4?8?12and 24 hours after injury respectively.The saline-treated rats were received the equal volume of normal saline at the same time.After operation,rats were tested with combined behavioral score(CBS) and CSEP in 1?2?3?6 weeks. Result:CBS amplitude and latency of CSEP have better recovery in bFGF-treated group than in the control group.Conclusion:bFGF can promote markedly the recovery of neural function of tractive injuried spinal cord in rats.
