| 目的:探讨使用半导体激光及康复训练综合治疗膝髌下脂肪垫炎的疗效。方法:56例入组患者随机分为2组,26例单纯半导体激光治疗者作为对照组,30例在此基础上行康复训练者作为综合治疗组,对两组病例的疗效进行比较。结果:经过5天治疗后,两组患者疼痛均得到明显缓解(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率达91.4%,对照组为70.0%,治疗组疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:半导体激光对髌下脂肪垫炎的治疗疗效良好,若同时进行康复训练,将显著提高并维持疗效。 |

| Objective:To investigate the efficiency of colligate therapy on knee infra-patellar fat pad lesion with the laser and rehabilitation.Method:56 patients with knee infra-patellar fat pad lesion were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases received the colligate treatment,other 26 cases as a control group were only treated with laser.Result:After 5 days of treatment,the pain of two groups was all relieved(P<0.05),and the general effect of treatment group was 91.4% compared with the 70.0% of control group with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Laser therapy has a good effect for patients with knee infra-patellar fat pad lesion,when the rehabilitation exercise carry out at the same time,the therapeutic efficiency can improve significantly and maintain longer. |
