摘要:
      目的:研究成骨细胞培养上清液对糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症的治疗作用。方法:36只糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症大鼠随机分为成骨细胞培养上清液组(A组)、原始培养液组(B组)和对照组(C组),每组12只。A组每周2次肌肉注射成骨细胞培养上清液,每次0.5ml/kg;B组每周2次肌肉注射原始培养液0.5ml/kg;C组每周2次肌肉注射生理盐水.每次0.5ml/kg。8周后对各组大鼠的第3腰椎行骨密度测量及左股骨组织形态计量学分析。结果:A组第3腰椎骨密度值明显高于B组(P〈0.01)和C组(P〈0.01),B组和C组之间无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。左股骨组织形态计量学分析结果显示:A组的骨体积、类骨质表面、类骨质宽度和成骨表面均比B组(P〈0.01)和C组显著增高(P〈0.01)。骨吸收表面三者之间无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:成骨细胞培养上清液可有效治疗糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症。

Abstract:
      Objective:To study the effectiveness of supernate of osteoblast on treatment of glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis. Method:Thirty-six male SD rats which was glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis were randomly divided into 3 groups (12 rats for each group): group A,given supernate of osteoblast 0.5ml/kg twice a week through intramuscular injection; group B,given culture medium RPMI 1640 0.5ml/kg twice a week through intramuscular injection; group C,given 0.9% natrium chloride 0.5ml/kg twice a week through intramuscular injection. The experiment lasted for 8 weeks,then the third lumbar vertebral body of all the rats was managed to do the measurement of bone mineral density,and the bone histomorphometric study of left femur was analyzed. Result:The value of bone mineral density in group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.01) and group C(P<0.01). No significant difference was observed in bone mineral density between group B and group C(P>0.05).In the bone histomorphometrical study the average of bone volume,osteoid surface,osteoid thickness,and osteoblast surface of group A were significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.01) and group C(P<0.01), while no difference was observed in the bone absorption surface of three groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Supernate of osteoblast can cure the osteoporosis induced by glucocorticoid.
