| 摘要： |
| 目的：研究降脂药物对激素所致股骨头坏死的防治。方法：选用金黄地鼠42只随机分3组：各组均予以相同饮食喂养，a组，正常对照组；b组，肌注甲泼尼龙并口服辛伐他汀；C组，单给甲泼尼龙处理。实验周期21周，在给药前和给药后第4、8、11、15、17、21周检测血脂变化，取肝脏和股骨头标本进行HE染色，油红O染色，并进行细胞凋亡检测。结果：c组肝脏出现大面积胞浆疏松样变、脂肪变性，股骨头出现连片空骨陷窝；b组肝脏未见脂肪变性，股骨头未见连片空骨陷窝。C组骨细胞凋亡较b组多。结论：辛伐他汀具有一定防治激素所致股骨头坏死的作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective:To research the effect of simvastatin on preventing the femoral head necrosis due to high dose corticosteroid treatment.Method:Forty-two Syrian golden hamsters were divided into 3 groups:group a,common diet,no treatment;group b,methyprednisolone and simvastatin treated;group c,just methylprednisolone given.The experiment was performed in 21 weeks.The changes of blood lipid(cholesterol and triglyceride) and the femoral head pathological morphology by HE and oil red O stains were detected.Result:The livers appeared fat degeneration in group c and none in group b.The femoral head had more empty lacunaes apoptosis in group c than in group b.Conclusion:The simvastatin provide the effect on preventing the femoral head necrosis due to high dose corticosteroid treatment. |
