摘要:
      目的:观察经针刺预防和治疗的去除卵巢模型大鼠血清对体外培养破骨细胞骨吸收功能的影响。方法:取12月龄SD雌性大鼠40只,其中10只仅去除少量脂肪而不伤及卵巢,30只去除双侧卵巢造成骨质疏松症模型,随机分为模型组、针刺预防组和针刺治疗组,后两组分别于去除卵巢手术后第3天和3个月后开始针刺,共针刺3个月。疗程结束后取血制备血清。自新生SD大鼠四肢长骨分离破骨细胞,接种于预置象牙薄片的培养板内,以骨吸收陷窝数量和面积为指标,观察各组血清的作用。结果:模型组与假手术组比较,骨吸收陷窝数量和面积均明显增加(P<0.01或P<0.001);而针刺预防组和针刺治疗组与模型组比较,骨吸收陷窝数量均显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:去除卵巢大鼠针刺组血清能够明显抑制破骨细胞骨吸收功能。

Effect of OVX rats′ serum treated by acupuncture on the resorption of osteoclast    Download Fulltext

Abstract:
      Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture preventing and treating OVX rats′ serum on the resorption function of osteoclast. Method: Forty 12-month-old SD female rats were randomly divided into four groups, among which 30 rats were given ovariectomized operation to established postmenopausal osteoporosis model, and 10 rats were only given sham-operation. After 3 days and 3 months, the two groups were given acupuncture. Three months later, the rats were killed to obtain the serum. The osteoclasts were isolated from long bone of newborn SD rats and cultured on ivory slices. The effect of rats′ serum on the number and area of resorption lacunae were observed. Result: Comparing with sham-operation group, the number and area of resorption lacunae in OVX group increased up,while those of in acupuncture group in preventing group and treating group declined.Conclusion:Acupuncture could significantly inhibit the resorption function of osteoclast.
