| 摘要： |
| 目的：观察A型肉毒毒素治疗痉挛性斜颈的效果。方法：对16例患者进行局部多点肌注A型肉毒毒素并进行随访综合评价其疗效。 结果：注射后1周内开始见效, 7—14天到达高峰,疗效维持8—20周，平均12周；16例患者中完全缓解4例, 明显缓解9例, 部分缓解2例, 无效1例，有效率81.25％,治疗后Tsui评分明显下降（P＜0.001）；重复治疗仍然有效；2例患者治疗后有颈部肌肉疼痛，1例颈肌无力，副作用短暂。结论：肌注A型肉毒毒素是有效、安全、方便、简单的治疗痉挛性斜颈的方法之一。 |
