| 目的:通过分析广东省各类残疾人的生活自理和生活活动，探讨城乡之间各类残疾人个体生活能力的异同并提出对策。方法:采用广东省第二次全国残疾人抽样调查中残疾人活动与参与评定的生活自理和生活活动分项目数据进行等级资料的统计处理。结果:城市与乡村视力残疾人的生活自理和生活活动的等级差异有显著性意义；肢体残疾人的生活自理的等级差异有显著性意义，而生活活动的等级差异无显著性意义；听力、言语、智力及精神残疾人的生活自理和生活活动在城乡之间的等级差异无显著性意义。结论:城市与乡村视力、肢体残疾人的个体生活能力有差异；而听力、言语、智力及精神残疾人的生活状况在城乡之间差异不明显，可采取相应的康复对策。 |

| Objective: To investigate the difference of ability of self-care and living activities between the people with disabilities(PWD) in urban area and the PWD in rural area of Guangdong province by analyzing the relevant data, and consequently, to seek out the corresponding strategies of rehabilitation for the PWD concerned. Method: Statistics and analysis were made on the data collected from the Guangdong province in the Second National Sampling Survey of PWD in 2006, with particular concern on the results of the assessment of abilities of self-care and living activities as listed by different categories of disabilities. Result: Significant difference in abilities of self-care and living activities were found between the people with visual disabilities in urban area and those in rural area. For people with physical disabilities, significant differences in abilities of self-care were found between those living in urban area and those living in rural areas, while abilities of living activities did not show significant difference. In terms of people with intelligence or mental disabilities, no significant difference of abilities of self-care and living activities were found between the urban population and the rural population. Conclusion: To improve the abilities of PWD in self-care and living activities, it is necessary to strengthen community-based rehabilitation and the use of assistive devices. |
