| 目的：研究慢性脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢痉挛、联合反应与异常协同运动三种临床表现之间的关系。方法：70例脑卒中慢性期患者进行Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分（FMA），联合反应分级量表(ARRS)与上肢综合痉挛指数（CSI），并对三者进行相关分析。结果：ARRS与CSI相关系数为0.619 (P<0.001)；ARRS与FMA上肢肩肘部分的相关系数为-0.602(P<0.001)；CSI与FMA上肢肩肘部分的相关系数为-0.588 (P<0.001)。结论：慢性偏瘫患者上肢痉挛、联合反应与异常协同运动有较明显的相关性，推测可能与三者存在部分相同的病理机制有关。 |

| Objective:To explore the relationship among spasticity, associated reactions and synergies in chronic stroke patients with hemiplegia. Method:Seventy chronic stroke patients were tested by Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment (FMA), Associated Reaction Rating Scale (ARRS) and Composite Spasticity Index (CSI). The correlation of them were studied. Result: The correlation coefficient was 0.619(P<0.001) between ARRS and CSI.It was -0.602(P<0.001) between ARRS and parts of shoulder and elbow of FAM. It was -0.588 (P<0.001) between CSI and parts of shoulder and elbow of FAM. Conclusion:There were high correlations among spasticity, associated reactions and synergies in chronic stroke patients with hemiplegia. It was infered that there were parts of same pathologic mechanism of them. |
