| 目的：初步观察颈椎本体感觉反射疗法对神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效，为中医治疗方法规范化研究提供依据。方法：将入选的60例患者随机分为颈椎本体感觉反射疗法组（治疗组）及颈椎澳式手法组（对照组），以颈椎关节活动视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）、颈椎病症状分级确定手法治疗的疗效。结果：两种治疗方法均可改善神经根型颈椎病的临床症状，本体感觉反射疗法治疗后（第21、28、35天）的颈椎关节屈度范围除颈椎前屈疗效不如对照组外（第21天：Z=2.33,P=0.02;第28天：Z=2.45,P=0.013;第35天：Z=2.44,P=0.02），其余指标差异均无显著性意义（P>0.05）。结论：两种方法的疗效相当，认为本体感觉反射疗法规范化研究有一定的临床意义。 |

| Objective: To study the clinical effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with proprioceptive sensibility reflexotherapy and to provide a basis for standardized study of Chinese medicine treatment. Method: Sixty patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly assigned into two groups, 30 patients were treated with proprioceptive sensibility reflexotherapy and 30 patients were treated with Maitland manipulation. The curative effect was evaluated with the range of motion(ROM), the visual analog scale(VAS) and the symptom grading of cervical spondylosis. Result: Both the proprioceptive sensibility reflexotherapy and Maitland manipulation could relieve the clinical symptom of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. After 21,28 and 35 days treatment, the ROM of flection after Maitland manipulation was improved better than that of proprioceptive sensibility reflexotherapy（Z=2.33,P=0.02;Z=2.45, P=0.013; Z=2.44, P=0.02）. There was no statistically significant differences between two groups in other indicators（P>0.05）. Conclusion: The two treatment methods have the similar clinical effect, the standardized study of proprioceptive sensibility reflexotherapy has some clinical significance. |
