摘要:
      目的:探讨低频全身振动对尾吊大鼠骨质丢失的预防效果。方法:28只雄性成年大鼠,随机分为4组:尾部悬吊组(SUS),尾部悬吊+地面刺激组(S+G,地面刺激:15min/d, 5d/周),尾部悬吊+振动刺激组(S+V, 振动刺激:45Hz, 0.2—0.5g, 15min/d, 5d/周)及对照组(CON)。8周后,对各组股骨骨密度(BMD),血清中钙(Ca),磷(P),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量及胫骨的三点弯曲实验进行了观察。结果:经过8周的悬吊,S+V组股骨头(主要为松质骨)骨密度明显高于SUS 和S+G组,但仍低于CON组(P<0.05)。而股骨中段(主要为皮质骨)骨密度在各组之间没有明显差别(P>0.05)。三点弯曲结果显示S+V组胫骨最大载荷和刚度系数与S+G组和SUS组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。血清中Ca,P,ALP含量在各组之间差异没有显著性意义。结论:45Hz低频全身振动能在一定程度上延缓尾吊大鼠的后肢骨质丢失现象,提示其具备了成为长期失重飞行防护措施的可能。

Abstract:
      Objective:To investigate the effect of low frequency whole body vibration in preventing the rats′ bone substances loss induced by tail suspended. Method:Twenty-eight male adult rats were divided randomly into 4 groups, including tail suspended group(SUS), tail suspended + ground stimulus group (S+G, ground: 15min/d, 5d/week), tail suspended + vibration group (S+V, vibration: 45Hz, 0.2—0.5g, 15min/d, 5d/week), and control group (CON). Bone mineral density(BMD) of femur, and concentration of Ca, P and ALP in serum were examined after 8 weeks experiment. The tibia and humerus were taken to experiencing the 3-point bending test to explore the anti-load ability changes. Result: After 8 weeks tail suspended in rats, the BMD of femur head (mainly trabecular bone) in S+V group were significantly higher than that in SUS and S+G group, but lower than that in CON group(P<0.05). The BMD of middle femur(mainly cortical bone) showed no great changes between 3 groups. The max load and stiffness coefficient of tibia in S+V group were higher than that in SUS and S+G group, but there was no statistical difference among these 3 groups(P>0.05). There were no changes of the concentration of Ca, P and ALP in serum between 3 groups. Conclusion:The 45Hz whole body vibration can prevent bone substances loss and sustain bone′s mechanical properties in rats during tail suspended to some extent, which means that 45Hz whole body vibration possess the potential to be a good countermeasure in preventing bone substances loss during long-duration loss-weight space flight.
