| 目的：观察平衡针法治疗腰痛是否优于传统针灸法。方法：应用平衡针法治疗腰痛患者17例，与同期采用以传统针刺法为主的患者16例进行比较，使用疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)和 Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）评估疗效。结果：VAS 评分：试验组第1次治疗前、后为5.71±2.02、4.47±1.84，对照组为5.50±1.90、5.00±1.86，两组治疗前后比较，差异均有显著性意义（P<0.05），两组间疗效比较，差异有显著性意义（t＝2.206，P<0.05）。两组治疗10次（1疗程）后VAS评分试验组为3.53±1.12，对照组为3.75±1.12，与治疗前比较差异均有显著性意义（P<0.01），两组间疗效比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。ODI：试验组第1次治疗前、后为18.82±10.04, 17.88±8.85；对照组第1次治疗前、后为17.75±8.08、16.50±8.45，两组治疗前后比较，差异均无显著性意义（P＞0.05）。两组治疗10次（1疗程）后与治疗前比较，试验组ODI为12.59±6.57，对照组为12.25±5.35，与治疗前比较差别均有显著性意义（P<0.01），两组间疗效比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。结论：平衡针法治疗腰痛即时止痛效果优于传统针刺疗法，但对坐、行走、提物等各项功能无明显改善；治疗1疗程后两种方法皆有止痛及改善坐、行走、提物等各项功能作用，二者疗效无明显差别。 |

| Objective: To observe if the effect of balancing technique acupuncture is superior to traditional acupuncture on low back pain（LBP）. Method: Thirly-three outpatients with LBP were randomly divided into two groups: 17 cases in study group treated with balancing technique acupuncture therapy; 16 cases incontrol group treated with traditional acupuncture therapy. Before and after one time and ten times treatment, the severity of low back pain, the capability of daily activity and the total state of health were assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS) and Oswestry disability index(ODI). Result: VAS scores：After one time treatment， VAS scores in two groups improved significantly(P<0.05). Comparing with control group, the changes of VAS scores in study group were more significant(P<0.05). After ten times treatment, the changes of VAS scores in two groups both improved significantly(P<0.01). The difference of therapeutic effect between two groups was not significant (P＞0.05). ODI scores：After one time treatment, ODI scores in two groups improved not significantly(P>0.05). After ten times treatment， the changes of ODI scores in two groups both improved significantly(P<0.01). The difference of therapeutic effect between two groups was not significant(P＞0.05). Conclusion: After one time treatment, the instant analgesic effect of balancing technique acupuncture is better than that of traditional acupuncture on LBP，but it seems no obvious effect on the capability of daily activity. After ten times treatment，these two acupuncture therapies are both proved to be effective on LBP, but there is no significant difference. |
