摘要:
      摘要 目的:研究丰富环境对大鼠局灶性脑梗死后梗死灶周围血管内皮生长因子受体的影响。 方法:采用开颅电凝法制作SD大鼠右侧大脑中动脉缺血(MCAO) 模型,术后第24小时随机分为丰富环境(EE)组和标准环境(SE)组。以免疫组织化学法检测血管内皮生长因子受体Flt-1及Flk-1的表达。 结果:大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞后, 缺血区神经元变性、坏死,Flt-1和Flk-1在缺血周边区表达明显增加, 经丰富环境干预后, 血管内皮生长因子受体表达大量增加。 结论: 丰富环境可促使血管内皮生长因子受体表达上调, 进而促进微血管新生,有利于脑损伤修复。 关键词 丰富环境;脑梗死;血管内皮生长因子受体 中图分类号:R743,R49 文献标识码:A 文章编号: 1001-1242(2010)-02-0109-05

Effect of enriched environment on vascular endothelial growth factor receptor expression around-infarction lesion in rats after unilateral local cerebral infarction    Download Fulltext

Abstract:
      Abstract Objective:To evaluate the effect of enriched environment(EE) on vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) expression around infarction lesion in rats after unilateral local cerebral infarction. Method:The right middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) was performed with electric coagulation in SD rats, then the models were randomly divided into enriched environment group(EE group) and standard environment group(SE group). The expression of VEGFR-1(Flt-1) and VEGFR-2 (Flk-1) in the boundary zone of cerebral infarction were measured at the 1st d, 3rd d, 7th d, 14th d and 28th d after operation. Result:The expressions of Flt-1 and Flk-1 around the cerebral infarction in EE group were significantly higher than those in SE group at all time points. Conclusion:Enriched environment can increase the expressions of VEGFR. It can promote the microangium proliferation and cerebral injury recovery in rats after unilateral local cerebral infarction.
