      摘要 目的:观察G-EO System?下肢康复机器人对脑卒中亚急性期偏瘫患者步行功能的影响。 方法:将40例偏瘫患者随机分为对照组(20例),G-EO组(20例)。两组均给予常规的康复功能训练,每天100min,每周5d, 共8周。G-EO组除了常规的功能训练外,增加G-EO System?下肢机器人为主的步行训练,每天30min,每周5d, 共8周。治疗4周后及治疗8周后,采用下肢Fugl-Meyer(FMA)运动功能量表、功能性步行量表(FAC)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)对下肢步行功能的疗效进行评价。 结果:治疗前两组患者在FMA运动功能量表,功能性步行量表FAC,Berg平衡量表的评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者FMA,FAC,BBS的评估较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05);8周后,G-EO组的FAC,BBS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论:G-EO System?下肢康复机器人对于脑卒中亚急性期偏瘫患者的步行功能和提高步行的稳定性有积极作用。

Abstract:
      Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of G-EO Gait-therapy System on walking ability in hemiplegic patients after subacute stroke. Method: Forty hemiplegic patients were randomly divided into G-EO group and control group with 20 cases in each group. The patients from these two groups received conventional training of 100min/d, 5d/week for 8 weeks. The G-EO group received Gait-therapy System rehabilitation therapy 30min/d, 5d/week for 8 weeks besides conventional rehabilitation training. Fugl-Meyer assessment scale of lower limb, FAC scale, Berg balance scale (BBS) were used to evaluate the patients' lower extremity motor function before training, after 4 week-training and 8 week-training. Result: Before training, there was no significant difference in FMA of lower limb, FAC scale and BBS scale between control group and G-EO group(P>0.05). After training, both groups had significant improvement(P<0.05). Compared to control group, the improvement of walking ability in G-EO group was more significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The G-EO Gait-therapy System can improve walking ability of subacute stroke patients.
