| 摘要
目的：观察电针俞募穴对脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的治疗效果。
方法：将56例脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者随机分为对照组27例和电针组29例，对照组行间歇导尿及膀胱功能训练治疗，治疗组在对照的基础上给予电针治疗。各组患者每日记录排尿日记，治疗前及治疗8周后进行尿流动力学检查，以评价膀胱排尿功能。
结果：两组治疗后8周后，日平均排尿次数、日平均单次尿量、日平均尿失禁次数、最大膀胱容量、充盈期逼尿肌压力、最大尿道压、最大尿流率及残余尿量等评价指标均较治疗前有所改善，上述指标治疗组较对照组改善明显，差异均有显著性意义（P＜0.05）。
结论：电针俞募穴对脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱有明显治疗作用，是神经源性膀胱患者的有效疗法之一。 |

| Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of electroacupuncture at Shu and Mu points in patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury.
Method: Fifty-six cases of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury patients were randomly divided into two groups: the curative group (29 cases) received bladder function training combined with electroacupuncture; the control group (27 cases) was given bladder function training only. Before and after 8 weeks treatment, urine flow dynamic test was used to evaluate the bladder urination function.
Result: Comparing the two groups after treatment, in curative group the maximum bladder capacity, filling phase detrusor pressure, maximum urethral closure pressure and the maximum urine flow rate were significantly higher than that in control group, and the residual urine volume were significantly less than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). In the two groups before and after treatment the comparison of the above indexes of urine flow mechanics also improved(P＜0.05).
Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture at Shu and Mu points on neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury had obvious therapeutic effect, could decrease the number of urethral catheterization for patients as soon as possible, improve the patient's quality of life, so it is one of the effective therapy in patients with neurogenic bladder. |
