      摘要 目的:分析4—5岁功能性构音障碍儿童声母构音的特征。 方法:招募4—5岁的功能性构音障碍儿童15例,应用《构音语音能力评估词表》进行评估,通过声母构音清晰度、单个声母的正确率以及不同发音部位和不同发音方式的声母发音得分,检测儿童的声母构音情况。 结果:功能性构音障碍儿童中21个声母的正确率最低的为/g/、/k/,其次为/zh/、/ch/、/sh/、/r/,再次为/z/、/c/、/s/、/l/。不同发音部位声母的发音得分从低到高依次为:舌尖后音→舌尖前音→舌根音→舌尖中音→舌面音→唇齿音→双唇音。不同发音部位的声母发音得分从低到高依次为:边音→送气塞擦音→不送气塞擦音→送气塞音→擦音→不送气塞音→鼻音。 结论:功能性构音障碍儿童的/g/和/k/的正确率最低,舌尖后音的得分最低,边音的得分最低。这与儿童口部运动的发展规律密切相关。在考虑认知和依从性等情况的基础上,功能性构音障碍儿童应进行有针对性的早期干预。

      Abstract Objective:To analyze the characteristics of consonants articulation in the 4—5-year-old children with functional articulation disorders (FAD). Method:The characteristics of consonants speech articulation were examined in 15 children with FAD, used by Chinese pronunciation test. Using articulation and phonology assessment as assessment material. The articulation of initial consonants, the accuracy of single initial consonants and the scores in different parts and in different manners were analyzed. Result:Among children with FAD, the lowest correct rate of 21 consonants was /g/, /k/, followed by /zh/, /ch/, /sh/, /r/, then /z/, /c/, /s/, /l/. The scores of the different place for articulation were: blade-palatal→dental→velar→blade-alveolar→palatal→labiodental→bilabial. The scores in different manner of articulation was: lateral→aspirated affricative→unaspirated affricative→aspirated plosive→fricative→unaspirated plosive→nasal. Conclusion:In children with FAD, /g/ and /k/ were the main wrong sounds, blade-palatal got the lowest score, lateral got the lowest score. The difficulty of aspiration is higher than that of unaspiration. It is closely related with the development of children mouth movement. Children with FAD should be given targeted early intervention, when their cognitive and compliance conditions were acceptable.
