目的:观察“有氧运动联合快速力量训练方案”对肌骨减少性肥胖老年人的干预效果,以便探索安全有效的运动干预方案,减少肌骨减少性肥胖的健康风险。
方法:运用双能X射线(dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, DXA)诊断并募集的“肌骨减少性肥胖”老年人30例,采用性别、年龄分层的随机对照实验方法将受试者分为实验组(15例)和对照组(15例)。实验组采用步行运动(30—45min/次,5次/w)和快速力量训练(45—60min/次,3次/w)相结合的运动干预方案;对照组保持日常生活不变。实验前后观察体脂率、肌肉质量、骨密度和骨代谢相关生化指标变化,运用t检验进行统计分析。
结果:12周运动干预后实验组所有老年人体脂率均显著下降(P<0.05),肌肉质量显著增加(P<0.05),Ⅰ型胶原交联羧基末端肽β特殊序列含量(type Ⅰ collagen carboxyl terminal peptide,β-CTX)显著降低(P<0.05),骨密度显著增加(P<0.05),与对照组比较有显著性意义(P<0.05)。
结论:12周有氧运动联合快速力量训练有效地抑制“肌骨减少性肥胖”老年人破骨细胞活性,减少骨丢失,保持骨密度,增肌减脂,提高老年人健康状况。 |

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of aerobic exercise combined with high speed strength training program on the elderly with osteosarcopenic obesity syndrome in order to explore a safe and effective exercise intervention program and reduce the risk for the health of the elderly.
Method: Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA)was used to screen the old adults with osteosarcopenic obesity syndrome in the community. 30 participants was recruited. Matching by sex and age, they were divided into experimental group and control group,15 subjects in each group. The subjects in the experimental group were intervened for 12 weeks with walking exercise and fast strength training: walking exercise(30—45mins a time, 5 times a week), strength training (45—60mins a time,3 times a week). The daily life of the control group was remained as usual. The changes of body fat percentage, muscle mass, bone density and biochemical indicators related to bone metabolism were observed before and after the experiment. T-test was used for statistical analysis.
Result: The body fat rate and β-CTX of the elderly people in the experimental group decreased significantly,the muscle mass and the bone density of the elderly people in the experimental group increased significantly after twelve weeks of aerobic exercise combined with high speed strength training, A significant difference was revealed between the two groups(P<0.05).
Conclusion: Twelve weeks aerobic exercise combined with high speed strength training can effectively inhibit osteoclast activity, reduce aging-related bone loss, maintain bone mineral density, increase muscle mass and decrease fatness in the elderly with osteosarcopenic obesity syndrome. |
