目的:探讨非流利性失语(non-fluent aphasia)患者语义系统的基础表征形式,为非流利性失语康复方案的制定提供指导依据。
方法:本研究采用基于句图再认范式的单因素被试内两水平设计,通过E-Prime心理学实验软件呈现任务,对10例非流利性失语患者进行检测,收集患者的任务正确率以及不同变量水平下的任务反应时间数据进行分析。
结果:对任务反应时间数据进行有效清洗后,非流利性失语患者语境匹配条件下句图再认任务反应时间为2119.34(±731.69)ms,非语境匹配条件下任务反应时间为2391.90(±962.34)ms,不同条件下反应时间的差异有显著性意义(t=-2.596,P=0.029)。
结论:非流利性失语患者进行语义加工时会自动提取形状知觉信息,表明非流利性失语患者语义系统的基础表征形式为知觉符号。 |

Abstract
Objective: To explore the basic representations of the semantic system of non-fluent aphasia patients, and provide guidance for the formulation of non-fluent aphasia rehabilitation programs.
Method: The within-subject design based on the sentence-picture recognition paradigm was used in the research. Experimental tasks were presented by E-Prime. 10 non-fluent aphasia patients were tested to collect and analyze the date of their task accuracy rate and reaction time under different variables.
Result: After effectively cleaning the data of task reaction time, the reaction time of the sentence-picture recognition task for non-fluent aphasia patients under the matching condition was 2119.34 (±731.69) ms, and the reaction time under the non-matching condition was 2391.90 (±962.34) ms. The difference was statistically significant (t=-2.596, P=0.029).
Conclusion: Non-fluent aphasia patients automatically extract shape perception information during semantic processing, indicating that the basic representation form of the semantic system of non-fluent aphasia patients is the perception symbol. |
