摘要
目的:观察4周六式太极拳训练对脑卒中患者姿势平衡的影响。
方法:将62例脑卒中患者按照随机分组的方法分为试验组和对照组,每组各31例。对照组给予综合康复训练,试验组在综合康复训练的基础上给予六式太极拳训练。治疗前和治疗4周后通过Balance Manager平衡测试系统对两组患者进行稳定极限测试、坐-站测试,通过Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评价量表(FMA)和功能性步行量表(FAC)分别评估患者的平衡、下肢功能与步行能力。
结果:4周治疗后,稳定极限测试中两组患者向后和患侧的方向控制前后差值的组间差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组患者坐-站测试的重心转移时间和重量对称前后差值的组间差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组患者的BBS、FMA和FAC量表评分均显著改善(P<0.05),两组患者的BBS、FMA和FAC量表评分前后差值的组间差异不具有显著性意义,P>0.05)。
结论:4周的六式太极拳训练联合常规康复训练较单纯的常规康复训练更能显著改善患者的部分姿势平衡能力。 |

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of 4-weeks six-forms Tai Chi training on the postural control of stroke survivors.
Method:Randomized the included stroke survivors into treatment group and control group, 31 patients for each group. Control group received systemic rehabilitation training,and treatment group also received six-forms Tai Chi training on the base of systemic rehabilitation training. The length of intervention for each group is 4 weeks. Before and after the 4-weeks training, the tests of lose of stability and sit to stand were performed through the balance manager test system,and the subjective functions of patients’ balance, lower limb and walking were assessed through Berg balance scale(BBS), Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA) and functional ambulation categery scale(FAC) scale.
Result:After four weeks‘ training,, there were significant differences in the directional control ability backward and toward the patients’ affected side between the two groups(P<0.05) in the lose of stability test. In the sit to stand test, there were significant differences in the center of gravity transfer time and patients’ weight bearing symmetry in standing position between the two groups(P<0.05). Both the two groups had significant improvement in BBS, FMA and FAC scales after four weeks‘ training(P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in BBS, FMA and FAC scales between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion:4-weeks six-forms Tai Chi training combined with regular rehabilitation therapy did effectively improved part function of postural control than regular rehabilitation therapy itself for the stroke survivors. |
