摘要
目的:翻译、修订形成汉化版全膝关节置换评估分析系统(“NKSS 2.0评估分析系统”),并评价其效度和信度。
方法:将英文版NKSS通过规范的翻译、回译、预测等程序,修订为汉化版(NKSS 2.0评估分析系统)。根据对190例全膝关节置换患者的测量结果,分析量表的可行性、效度和信度。
结果:NKSS 2.0评估分析系统内部一致性各领域Cronbach α系数范围为0.708—0.856;重测信度较佳,组内相关系数(intraclass correlation coefficient, ICC)为0.91(95% CI 0.85—0.94);建构效度与疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)(r=?0.69;P<0.05)、牛津大学膝关节评分(OKS)(r=﹣0.77;P<0.05)、SF-36健康调查简表的生理功能(PF)(r=0.73;P<0.05),体痛(BP)(r=0.62;P<0.05)和一般健康(GH)(r=0.52;P<0.05)等维度相比具有中度到强的相关性。
结论:修订的汉化版NKSS 2.0评估分析系统有好的效度和信度,适合我国TKA人群生存质量评估,为进一步开展国内TKA相关生存质量的研究提供了基础和依据。 |

Abstract
Objective: To translate and revise the Chinese version of evaluation and analysis system for total knee arthroplasty (here in after referred to as "NKSS scoring system"), and evaluate its validity and reliability.
Method: The NKSS scoring system of American version was revised into Chinese version by standard translation (ie NKSS 2.0 scoring system), back translation and prediction procedures. The feasibility, validity and reliability of scale were analyzed based on the results of 190 patients with total knee arthroplasty.
Result: The Cronbach's α coefficients in the domains of NKSS 2.0 scoring system internal consistency ranged from 0.708 to 0.856. The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was 0.91 (95%CI 0.85-0.94). Construct validity of NKSS 2.0 scoring system were found moderately to strongly associated with the visual analog scale (VAS) of pain (r=﹣0.69; P<0.05), Oxford knee score (r=﹣0.77; P<0.05) and the physiological function (r=0.73; P<0.05), body pain (r=0.62; P<0.05) and general health (r=0.52; P<0.05) of the MOS item short from health survey (SF-36).
Conclusion: The Chinese version of NKSS 2.0 scoring system has relatively good validity and reliability, which is suitable for the assessment of quality of life of TKA population. This system provides references for further research on TKA-related quality of life in China. |
