| 摘要
目的：探讨普通话版伯明翰认知评估（BCoS）量表在恢复期脑卒中患者中的信效度，为其临床应用提供参考。
方法：选取60例脑卒中恢复期患者，进行普通话版伯明翰认知评估量表及简易智力状态检查（MMSE）量表、蒙特利尔认知评估（MoCA）量表、改良Barthel指数（MBI）评估。通过计算Cronbach α系数、重测组内相关系数进行信度分析；通过结构效度、效标效度进行效度分析；通过BCoS与MBI的相关性探讨认知功能与日常生活活动的关系。
结果：①内部一致性分析Cronbach α=0.875，重测信度总体的组内相关系数ICC=0.906；②探索性因子分析共提取出4个公因子，分别为因子1：语言、因子2：空间、因子3：书写、因子4：忽略。累计贡献率为76.7%，BCoS与MMSE、MoCA总分相关系数呈高度相关（r=0.794，r=0.804，P＜0.01）；③BCoS与MBI总分相关系数显示无相关性（r=0.143，P＞0.05）。
结论：普通话版BCoS量表具有良好的信效度，能够全面有效地评估脑卒中恢复期患者的认知功能，值得临床推广使用。 |

| Abstract
Objective： To investigate the reliability and validity of mandarin version Birmingham cognitive screen (BCoS) scale in convalescent stroke patients， and to provide reference for its clinical application.
Method： A total of 60 patients in convalescent stage of stroke were selected and evaluated by BCoS， Mini-mental state examination(MMSE)， Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA) and modified barthel index(MBI). Cronbach α coefficient and inter-group correlation coefficient (ICC) were calculated for reliability analysis. The validity was analyzed by structure validity and criterion validity. To explore the relationship between cognitive function and daily living activities through the correlation between BCoS and MBI.
Result： ①Cronbach α=0.875 for internal consistency analysis， and ICC=0.906 for retest reliability. ②Four common factors were extracted from exploratory factor analysis， and the cumulative contribution rate was 76.7%. The correlation coefficients between BCoS and MMSE and MoCA were highly correlated (r=0.794， R=0.804， P<0.01). ③There was no correlation between BCoS and MBI scores (r=0.143， P>0.05).
Conclusion： The mandarin version of BCoS scale has good reliability and validity， and can comprehensively and effectively evaluate the cognitive function of patients in the convalescent stage of stroke， which is worthy of clinical application. |
