目的：制订中文简化版下颌功能限制量表（jaw functional limitation scale， JFLS），并分析其在颞下颌关节紊乱病（temporomandibular disorder， TMD）患者中应用的信度与效度，为评定TMD患者的下颌功能状态提供简便而科学的测量工具。
方法：结合专家意见，采用变异度法、克朗巴赫α系数法、因子分析法、条-总相关系数法，形成中文简化版JFLS，选取前来上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院康复科就诊的233例TMD患者作为研究对象，完成问卷填写和回收，对调查数据进行信度和效度检验。
结果：中文简化版JFLS包含10个条目，该量表的Cronbach α系数为0.776，内部一致性较好。Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin（KMO）的抽样充分性检测良好（0.835），Bartlett球形检验有显著性意义（χ2=1071.482，df=45；P<0.001），探索性因素分析提取出2个特征值大于1的因子，占总变异的61.06%，构建的双因子模型（χ2/df=2.493，CFI=0.959，RMSEA=0.08）拟合效果良好。
结论：中文简化版JFLS在TMD患者的初步检验中具有良好的信度与效度，可作为TMD患者下颌功能状态的评估工具，减少评估时间，提升工作效率。 |

| Abstract
Objective： To formulate and evaluate the simplified version of Chinese jaw functional limitation scale（JFLS） and to provide a simple and scientific tool for assessing the jaw function status of temporomandibular disorder （TMD）.
Method： Following expert opinions， the Cronbach's α coefficient method， the factor analysis method and the total correlation coefficient method were used to screen the items and form the simplified version scale. There were 233 TMD patients recruited from the rehabilitation department， the Ninth People's Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. All included patients completed the questionnaire and the reliability and validity of the simplified scale were evaluated．
Result： The simplified Chinese JFLS contained 10 items. The Cronbach α coefficient of the scale was 0.776， which showed good internal consistency. The sampling adequacy test of Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin （KMO） was good （0.835）， the Bartlett sphere test was significant （χ2=1071.482， df=45； P<0.001）， exploratory factor analysis extracted two factors with eigenvalues greater than 1， accounting for 61.06% of the total variation. The constructed two-factor model （χ2/df=2.493， CFI=0.959， RMSEA=0.08） fitted well.
Conclusion： The simplified Chinese JFLS had good reliability and validity in the preliminary test on TMD patients. It could be used as an reducing assessment time and improving work efficiency assessment tool for the jaw function status of TMD patients. |
