目的:基于多项指标探索可穿戴传感器测量学龄前儿童平衡的重测信度与测量误差,并筛选出相对优秀指标。
方法:抽取34例4—5岁学龄前儿童,将传感器佩戴在第五腰椎位置测量两次。测试项目:①睁眼双脚站立;②闭眼双脚站立;③睁眼海绵上双脚站立;④闭眼海绵上双脚站立;⑤走平衡木。静态平衡提取加速度模值标准差(f-SD)、角速度模值标准差(ω-SD)、角速度模值均值(ω-M)3个指标,动态平衡提取f-SD、ω-SD、ω-M、f-SD·TIME、ω-SD·TIME、ω-M·TIME 6个指标,计算所有指标的组内相关系数(ICC)并制作Bland-Altman图。
结果:静态平衡测量时,ω-M指标优于f-SD与ω-SD指标,其ICC为0.59—0.88(P<0.01),重测信度中等至良好。动态平衡测量时,ω-M与ω-M·TIME指标优于其他指标,ICC分别为0.84(P<0.001)与0.81(P<0.001),重测信度均为良好。根据Bland-Altman图,静态平衡测量基于ω-M指标时测量误差较低,动态平衡测量基于ω-M与ω-M·TIME指标时测量误差较低。
结论:可穿戴传感器测量4—5岁学龄前儿童的平衡能力时,基于ω-M指标的重测信度较好,测量误差较低。 |

Abstract
Objective: Based on multiple indicators, to explore the test-retest reliability and measurement error of wearable inertial sensors in testing the balance ability of preschool children, and screen out better indicators.
Method: A sample of 34 preschool children aged 4 to 5 years old was tested twice with the sensor wearing on the L5 position. Test items: ① Standing on both feet with eyes open; ② Standing on both feet with eyes closed,③ Standing with feet on sponge with eyes open; ④ Standing with feet on sponge with eyes closed; ⑤Walking on a balance beam. Static balance extracted acceleration modulus standard deviation (f-SD), angular velocity modulus standard deviation(ω-SD), angular velocity modulus mean (ω-M) as indicator, dynamic balance extracted six indicators including f-SD, ω-SD, ω-M, f-SD·TIME, ω-SD·TIME and ω-M·TIME. The intra-group correlation coefficient (ICC) of all indicators was calculated and Bland-Altman diagram was made.
Result: In the static balance test, the ω-M index which ICC is 0.59—0.88 (P<0.01) is better than the f-SD and the ω-SD index, and the test-retest reliability is moderate to good. In the dynamic balance test, the ω-M index and ω-M·TIME index are better than the others, with ICC of 0.84 (P<0.001) and 0.81 (P<0.001) respectively, and both test-retest reliability is good. According to the Bland-Altman diagram, the measurement error of the static balance test based on the ω-M index is lower, and the dynamic balance test based on the ω-M and ω-M·TIME indicators had lower measurement error.
Conclusion: The retest reliability is better and measurement error is lower based on ω-M indicator when the wearable sensor measured the balance ability of preschool children aged 4 to 5 years. |
