      摘要 目的:基于功能近红外光谱成像(functional near-infrared spectroscopy, fNIRS),探究静息态与自然主义范式下大脑皮层能量激活模式差异及空间分布。 方法:29例健康受试者完成静息态和三段自然主义电影观看任务,采集氧合血红蛋白信号,计算脑区的频域能量指标,采用广义估计方程比较不同条件下脑区能量差异。 结果:静息态与三段自然主义范式在所有脑区均存在显著差异(经FDR校正,P均<0.01)。静息态能量激活水平均高于自然主义范式,稳健效应量指数(robust effect size index, RESI)均达到中等及以上。静息态分别与三段影片比较,所得标准化边际均值差(standardized marginal mean difference, SMMD)均为正,且在脑区层面呈显著正相关(ρ=0.87—0.89,P<0.01)。SMMD在前额叶及感觉运动相关区域更高,右半球SMMD与RESI高于左半球。 结论:静息态与自然主义范式在能量激活水平及空间分布上存在显著差异。不同内容的自然主义电影与静息态比较的激活差异模式在空间分布上高度一致,表现出跨内容的共性特征。

Shared characteristics of naturalistic fNIRS paradigms revealed by resting-state-anchored comparisons    Download Fulltext

      Abstract Objective:Using functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), this study aimed to investigate differences in cortical energy activation patterns and spatial distribution between the resting state and naturalistic paradigms. Method:Twenty-nine healthy participants completed a resting-state session and three naturalistic movie-viewing tasks. Oxyhemoglobin signals were recorded, and frequency-domain energy metrics were calculated for each cortical region. Generalized estimating equation models were used to compare regional energy differences across conditions. Result:Significant differences were observed between the resting state and the three naturalistic paradigms across all cortical regions (FDR-corrected, all P<0.01). Energy activation levels were consistently higher during the resting state than during the naturalistic paradigms, with the robust effect size index (RESI) reaching medium or greater magnitude in all comparisons. Standardized marginal mean differences (SMMDs) derived from comparisons between the resting state and each of the three films were all positive and showed significant positive correlations across cortical regions (ρ=0.87—0.89, P<0.01). indicating highly consistent spatial patterns and directions of these differences. SMMD values were higher in prefrontal and sensorimotor-related regions, and both SMMD and RESI were greater in the right hemisphere than in the left. Conclusion:Resting-state and naturalistic paradigms differed in energy activation levels, with highly consistent spatial patterns across different film contents. These findings reveal robust cross-content spatial characteristics of naturalistic fNIRS paradigms relative to resting-state.
