目的:探究不同应用时间窗(在线或离线)的背外侧前额叶皮质(dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, DLPFC)高精度经颅直流电刺激(high definition transcranial direct current stimulation, HD-tDCS)方案对有氧耐力运动表现的影响。
方法:18例受试者需来访3次,以随机顺序接受3种tDCS干预条件(无刺激/在线刺激/离线刺激)。每次接受一种干预条件并完成5km计时赛(time trial, TT)测试。
结果:与无刺激组相比,在线刺激组和离线刺激组的平均功率均增加(P<0.05)、总时间均降低(P<0.05)。离线刺激组在1000—1500m和2500—3000m的平均功率高于在线刺激组(P<0.05)。在线刺激组和离线刺激组在0—2500m的自觉用力程度(rating of perceived exertion, RPE)均低于无刺激组(P<0.05)。不同干预条件对心率和血乳酸等生理指标没有显著影响(P>0.05)。
结论:聚焦双侧DLPFC的在线或离线HD-tDCS刺激方案均可有效改善有氧耐力运动表现并降低努力感知,离线刺激的改善效果略优于在线刺激。 |

| Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of high- definition transcranial direct current stimulation (HD-tDCS)targeting the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC)applied at different application time windows (online vs. offline) on aerobic endurance exercise performance.
Method: Eighteen participants completed three experimental sessions in a randomized crossover design, receiving three stimulation conditions: no stimulation, online HD-tDCS (applied during exercise), and offline HD-tDCS (applied prior to exercise). In each session, participants performed a 5km time trial (TT).
Result: Compared with no-stimulation group, both online and offline HD-tDCS significantly increased mean power output (P<0.05) and reduced total completion time (P<0.05). The offline stimulation condition demonstrated higher mean power than the online condition during 1000—1500m and 2500—3000m (P<0.05). Ratings of perceived exertion (RPE) during 0—2500m were lower in both the online and offline stimulation groups compared with no stimulation group (P<0.05). There was no significant effect of different intervention conditions on physiological indicators, including heart rate and blood lactate (P>0.05).
Conclusion: Both online or offline HD-tDCS stimulation programs targeting the bilateral DLPFC can effectively improve aerobic endurance exercise performance and reduce effort perception, with offline stimulation slightly better than online stimulation. |
