目的：本研究对学龄期脑性瘫痪（脑瘫）青少年的智力水平进行评估，并分析其影响因素，为促进脑瘫儿童融入社会和教育支持提供参考信息。
方法：选取2023年6月—2024年4月在昆明市各级教育机构就读的24例脑瘫儿童青少年和24例正常儿童青少年纳入研究。所有儿童均完成韦氏儿童智力量表第4版的评估，脑瘫儿童完成功能筛查测试及人口特征学调查问卷。之后对比两组儿童测试结果并分析脑瘫儿童青少年智力水平与人口特征学和其他功能的相关性。
结果：本研究中脑瘫组智力非常落后（IQ≤69）的儿童有11例，占比45.8%。与正常儿童相比，脑瘫组总智商（t=13.399，P<0.001）、言语理解、知觉推理、工作记忆和加工速度指数（z=5.327，t=13.889，t=6.873，t=5.515，P<0.001）均低于正常儿童，差异具有显著性意义。就脑瘫自身而言，言语理解指数中位数（P25，P75）为87.5（73.5，96），表现优于其他指数，处于正常—中下水平。相关性因素分析结果显示，脑瘫组智力水平与癫痫（P=0.033）和分型（P=0.041）具有相关性，均呈中等强度相关（癫痫病史r=0.497，P=0.017；分型r=0.531，P=0.011）。
结论：学龄期脑瘫儿童青少年总智商及各指数均低于正常儿童青少年，癫痫病史和脑瘫分型与智力水平呈中等强度相关。 |

| Abstract
Objective： To assess the intelligence characteristics of school-age adolescent with cerebral palsy（CP） and analysis the related factors.
Method： Twenty-four adolescents with CP or adolescents typical development （TD） who are studying in schools were recruited in this study. All the participants were assessed by the Wechsler intelligence scale for Children IV， WISC-IV. The demographic data of CP were collected by the questionnaire. The difference of intelligence between the two groups and related factors were analyzed.
Result： Eleven adolescents were defined as intelligence disability （IQ≤69， proportion 45.8%）. The total intelligence， verbal comprehension index（VCI）， perceptual reasoning index（PRI）， working memory index（WMD）， processing speed index（PSI） are significantly lower than those of TD （P<0.001）. The VCI is the best performance in CP group. The epilepsy and classification of CP are significantly related with intelligence in CP group （P=0.033， P=0.041）.
Conclusion： The total intelligence and all indexes in adolescents with CP are significantly lower than those in TD. The epilepsy history and classification of CP are related with the intelligence level in CP group. |
