目的:探讨脊髓损伤后电针刺激对NF200、GFAP表达的影响。方法:将大鼠分为正常对照组、空白对照组、模型对照组和电针刺激组。神经元的鉴定采用甲苯胺蓝染色法,脊髓NF200、GFAP抗体采用免疫组化染色。结果:正常对照组和空白对照组的大鼠脊髓灰质中的神经元数量无显著性差异(P>0.05);模型对照组脊髓灰质中神经元数量同正常对照组、空白对照组、电针刺激组相比均少,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。模型对照组的NF200阳性神经元数量、GFAP阳性面积显著低于电针刺激组(P<0.05)。电针刺激脊髓损伤4周后大鼠脊髓灰质中神经元数量显著较模型对照组增多;NF200阳性神经元数量、GFAP阳性面积较正常大鼠明显增多。结论:电针刺激可促进脊髓损伤大鼠NF200与GFAP的表达,可能有助于脊髓功能的恢复。 |
