目的:探讨脊髓损伤后电针刺激对大鼠免疫功能、HPA轴功能的影响。方法:将50只大鼠分为正常对照组(10只)、电针刺激组(15只)、阴性对照组(15只)、空白对照组(10只)。采用免疫荧光染色(溶血免洗法)流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞亚群CD4、CD8、CD3、CD4/CD8(%)。采用同位素放射免疫法检测血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、血清皮质醇(CORT)。结果: 正常对照组与空白对照组、电针刺激组组间比较,CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8(%)各组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。阴性对照组与电针刺激组、空白对照组、正常对照组各组间相比较,CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8(%)显著低于后三组(P<0.05),CD8显著高于后三组(P<0.05)。阴性对照组与电针刺激组和空白对照组相比较,血浆ACTH、血清CORT显著高于后两组(P<0.05)。结论:电针刺激脊髓损伤大鼠能改善其免疫功能使CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8(%)升高,CD8降低。脊髓损伤后大鼠血浆ACTH和血清CORT较正常对照组明显升高,说明脊髓损伤后大鼠HPA轴功能紊乱。电针刺激使脊髓损伤大鼠血浆ACTH和血清CORT较阴性对照组明显降低,恢复HPA轴功能状态。 |

Objective:To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) on immune function and hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis(HPA) function in adult rats with spinal cord injuries. Method: Fifty Male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: the normal control group, the blank control group, the negative control group, the electroacupuncture treatment group. The changes in peripheral T-lymphocyte subsets (CD4、CD8、CD3、CD4/CD8ratio) were evaluated by flow cytometry. Serum cortisol (CORT) and plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) levels of all subjects were determined. Result: The CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8 ratio had no marked difference among the normal control group, the blank control group and the electroacupuncture treatment group(P>0.05). Negative control group compared to EA treatment group normal control group and blank control group′s CD3、 CD4、 CD4/CD8 ratio rate were remarkable lower than the last three groups(P<0.05). CD8 was remarkable higher than the last three groups (P<0.05). Negative control group compared to electroacupuncture treatment group and blank control group′s plasma ACTH rate and serum CORT rate was remarkable higher than the last two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: EA could improve the immune function in adult rats with spinal cord injuries. EA treatment increased CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8 ratio and decrease CD8. The rate of plasma ACTH and serum CORT of mice is increase after spinal cord injury to show the turbulence of HPA function. EA could improve the HPA function in adult rats with spinal cord injuries. |
