      摘要 目的:观察“标本配穴”电针干预方法对遗传性胰岛素大鼠模型股四头肌中氧化应激相关产物活性氧(ROS)、丙二醛(MDA)和抑制氧自由基相关酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。 方法:7周龄Zucker fa/fa大鼠8只,随机分为电针治疗组(A组)及模型对照组(B组),另选其同窝瘦鼠(Zucker+fa/L)4只为空白对照组(C组)。A组按“标本配穴”法取“关元”、“中脘”、双侧“足三里”、“丰隆”穴,通电强度1mA,频率2Hz,每次10min,每周3次,共3周;治疗3周后大鼠处死,取其股四头肌,提取蛋白,采用紫外分光光度计法检测各组指标。 结果:治疗结束后,A组大鼠体重较B组显著降低(P<0.05),股四头肌组织中SOD活性升高,ROS、MDA含量也明显降低(P<0.05)。 结论:“标本配穴”电针能减少氧化应激,促进抗氧化物SOD的表达,清除氧自由基,减少脂质过氧化物MDA的产生,使机体免受氧自由基的损伤,从而减轻或控制胰岛素抵抗。

Abstract:
      Abstract Objective: To observe the effects of "the combination of Biao-Ben acupoints" electroacupuncture on the expressions of ROS, MDA, SOD in Zucker diabetic fatty (ZDF) rats (fa/fa). Method: Eight male ZDF rats, 7-week-old, were randomly divided into electro acupuncture group (group A) and model control group (group B), 4 rats in each group. Four Zucker lean (ZL) rats (fa/fa), their lean normoglycemic littermates, were set as control group (group C). Group A was administrated with electroacupuncture for 10 min each time, acupoints of CV4, CV12, ST36 and ST40 were selected. The stimulation parameters were 2Hz and 1mA. The treatment was conducted for 3 times per week and lasted for 3 week, after that, all rats were sacrificed and the quadriceps were extracted for detection. Result: After treatment, compared with group B, the body weight of group A reduced significantly(P<0.05),the SOD activity in quadriceps tissue increased, and ROS, MDA content reduced significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion: "The combination of Biao-Ben acupoints" electroacupuncture can reduce oxidative stress and protect the body from the damage of oxygen free radical, by lowering the expression of antioxidant SOD, scavenging oxygen free radicals and reducing the production of MDA, which may contribute to reducing or controlling insulin resistance.
