| 摘要
目的：观察针刺联合肌内效贴治疗周围性面神经炎的临床疗效。
方法：将80例周围性面神经炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组（针刺联合肌内效贴组）和对照组（单纯针刺组），两组患者均接受常规药物治疗。两组患者治疗前，治疗后2周、4周采用House-Brackmann面神经分级标准给予评定，并在治疗前后采用中文版FaCE量表评价面神经麻痹患者的生存质量。
结果：治疗后2周、4周，两组House-Brackmann评分均较治疗前改善（P<0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗4周后两组FaCE量表比较，两组评分均较治疗前提高，差异有显著性意义（P<0.05），与对照组相比，治疗组对于改善面部运动、面部感觉、口腔功能、泪液分泌、社会功能等方面疗效更为明显（P<0.05），对于改善眼睛感觉，治疗组与对照组疗效相当，差异无显著性意义（P>0.05）。
结论：针刺联合肌内效贴能进一步改善患者面神经功能，提高患者生存质量。 |

| Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Kinesio Taping on peripheral facial neuritis.
Method: Eighty patients with peripheral facial neuritis were randomized into treatment group (acupuncture combined with Kinesio Taping group) and control group (a simple acupuncture group). Both groups received conventional drug treatment. They were assessed with House-Brackmann score before and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment. Meanwhile they were assessed with Chinese version of the FaCE scale before and after 4 weeks treatment.
Result: After 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment, the scores of House-Brackmann improved in both groups after 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment (P<0.05) and improved more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of Chinese version of the FaCE scale improved in both groups after 4 weeks treatment (P<0.05) and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The treatment group was more superior to improve facial movements, facial sensation, oral function, tear secretion, social function than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in eye sensation between two groups(P>0.05).
Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Kinesio Taping can further improve the function of facial nerve and improve the quality of life for patients. |
