      摘要 目的:研究粗大运动功能分级系统(GMFCS)Ⅰ—Ⅲ级的学龄前期脑瘫儿童接受普通学前教育的康复效果。 方法:将GMFCS分级为Ⅰ—Ⅲ级的学龄前期脑瘫儿童106例按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各53例。对照组患儿均接受常规医学康复治疗,治疗组患儿在常规医学康复治疗基础上接受普通学前教育3个月。两组患儿均在治疗前和治疗后采用粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM-88)和儿童功能独立评定量表(WeeFIM)进行评定。 结果:治疗后,对照组患儿的GMFM-88评分和WeeFIM评分分别为(76.84±6.45)分和(78.52±5.37)分,与组内治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患儿的GMFM-88评分和WeeFIM评分分别为(98.29±5.07)分和(101.32±4.85)分,与组内治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)且更优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论:粗大运动功能分级系统Ⅰ—Ⅲ级的学龄前期脑瘫儿童接受普通学前教育可以明显改善患儿的粗大运动功能,提高患儿的日常生活活动能力。

Abstract:
      Abstract Objective: To study the rehabilitation efficacy of the general preschool education on pre-school cerebral palsy children with gross motor function classification system Ⅰ—Ⅲ. Method: One hundred and six pre-school children with cerebral palsy of gross motor function classification system Ⅰ—Ⅲ were randomly divided into two groups as control group and treatment group. The control group of children received conventional medical rehabilitation therapy, while the treatment group of children received the general preschool education for 3 months. They were assessed with Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM-88) and Functional Independence Measure (WeeFIM) before and after treatment. Result: After the treatment, the scores of GMFM-88 and WeeFIM were (76.84±6.45) and (78.52±5.37) in the control group, compared with those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); After the treatment, the scores of GMFM-88 and WeeFIM were (98.29±5.07) and (101.32±4.85) in the treatment group, compared with those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01), and statistically better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The general preschool education has a better therapeutic effect in improving gross motor and daily living activity on pre-school children with gross motor function classification system Ⅰ—Ⅲ.
